Mengapa saya memilih SMAN 68?

      Jadi, saya memilih SMAN 68 karena saya melihat prestasi prestasi yang telah dicapai oleh SMAN 68. Juga SMAN 68 adalah sekolah favorit di Jakarta Pusat. Banyak sekali murid yang berimpian masuk ke sekolah ini. Ditambah SMAN 68 memuediakan jalur undangan ke PTN dengan kuota yang banyak.

      Sejak saya masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar, saya sudah berimpian masuk ke SMAN 68. Karena guru guru di sekolahku berkata kalau sekolah itu adalah sekolah paling bagus dan dekat di Jakarta Pusat.

      Saat saya naik ke jenjang menengah atau SMP, saya pun bercita cita untuk masuk SMAN 68. Saya belajar dengan keras dan bersungguh sungguh, juga tidak lupa meminta doa doa dari Yang Maha Esa serta meminta restu dari kedua orang tua saya.

      Dan Alhamdulillah saya sekarang telah lolos seleksi, sekarang saya menjadi bagian dari keluarga SMAN 68, menjadi siswa di SMAN 68 yang membuat kedua orangtuaku bangga akan diriku. Jaya selalu untuk 68, semoga dengan saya masuk ke SMAN 68 ini, saya dapat masuk ke perguruan tinggi negeri yang saya inginkan dan meraih cita cita saya.

R.A Kartini, a female hero from Indonesia

             

             Raden Adjeng Kartini (21 April 1879 – 17 September 1904), sometimes known as Raden Ayu Kartini, was a prominent Indonesia national heroine from Java. She was also a pioneer in the area of education for girls and for women's right Indonesians.

             When Kartini reached adolescence, Javanese tradition dictated that she leave her Dutch school for the sheltered existence deemed appropriate to a young female noble.

             Struggling to adapt to isolation, Kartini wrote letters to Ovink-Soer and her Dutch schoolmates, protesting the gender inequality of Javanese traditions such as forced marriages at a young age, which denied women the freedom to pursue an education.

             Ironically, in her eagerness to escape her isolation, Kartini was quick to accept a marriage proposal arranged by her father. On November 8, 1903, she wed the regent of Rembang, Raden Adipati Joyodiningrat. Joyodiningrat was 26 years older than Kartini, and already had three wives and 12 children. Kartini had recently been offered a scholarship to study abroad, and the marriage dashed her hopes of accepting it. According to Javanese tradition, at 24 she was too old to expect to marry well.

             R.A Kartini was a noblewoman, but she was never boast about that. She was known as a populist girl that was super friendly, and love to know everybody without looking who they were. She was also like to live normally, and not wasted her money for something useless.

             R.A Kartini was liked to inspire people. And so many characters from her that we should do. Cause someone like her is very difficult to find. We have to be like her, imitate her good characters, and also struggle for our beloved Indonesia.

We have to make Indonesia a better country to live in.
